              NTP Awards 2018



           NTP  and  Brand  Finance  Awards  were  organised
           in  March  2018  right  after  Brand  Finance  (one  of
           the  world’s  leading  brand  valuation  and  strategy
           consultancies)  declared  PTCL  ‘The  Fastest  Growing
           Brand.’  The  ceremony  was  held  to  acknowledge  the
           efforts  of  58  employees  from  Business  Operations,
           Technology  and  Administration  departments  for
           facilitating  the  completion  of  the  first  phase  of
           revamping nine exchanges. Their contribution to NTP
           Project  significantly  aided  PTCL  in  strengthening  its
           brand name.                                         PTCL Management
                                                               Development Programme (MDP)


                                                               PTCL’s in-house 8-day interactive residential programme called MDP is targeted
                                                               towards PTCL’s middle management. It aims to help participants understand the
                                                               tools  and  frameworks  for  evaluating  internal  &  external  business  environments  Crossword Hint-Safeguard
                                                               to enable them to articulate strategic business priorities. Moreover, it also aids
                                                               participants in identifying and streamlining business capabilities required to take
                                                               on the future direction of the company. Furthermore, it also educates participants
                                                               regarding  how  to  onboard  and  empower  teams  and  how  to  devise  effective
                                                               change management interventions. To date, two batches of senior managers have
                                                               undergone this rigorous programme.

            Growing Together Workshop & myLearning Partner


            In order to develop key talent to its maximum potential and to build a strong talent pipeline, the Functional Competency Frameworks (FCF) were
            developed for all managerial levels in every department by Senior Leadership, followed by workshops called “Growing Together”. myLearning
            Partner  is  an  initiative  taken  to  reinforce  competencies  employees  need  to  develop  by  sending  them  related  articles,  followed  by  an  online
            assessment pertaining to these articles to gauge their learning outcomes. Employees’ progress reports indicate the benefits they are reaping from
            this intervention.
