Future Leaders Programme is an exclusive two-year development
                                                                               intervention  that  is  offered  to  High  Potential  Employees.  In  2017,
                                                                               PTCL  launched  its  2nd  cohort  where  250  Senior  Managers  and
                          FUTURE LEADERS                                       Managers  went  through  rigorous  assessments,  out  of  which,  25
                                                                               aspiring  leaders  from  seven  departments  across  Pakistan  were
                          PROGRAM                                              selected.  During  the  last  1.5  years,  Fuel  members  have  been
