HR ZONAL MEETINGS

             Team HR Strategy & Special Projects started the year 2018
             with the spirit to engage all HR teams across Pakistan, to bridge
             communication gaps, and to keep them at the forefront of the
             decision-making process via the zonal meetings. Embracing the
             value, ‘We Work as One Team’, the entire HR Function was able
             to  collaborate  and  share  experiences  that  facilitated  the  theme;
             ‘Continuous Process Improvement’. During the sessions, HR
             leadership shared their vision of a ‘Digital HR,’ and their keenness to
             align all HR teams with the overall HR strategy. Inputs collated from
             six sessions were gathered, analysed, and discussed with relevant
             stakeholders to evaluate their feasibility. The overall energy in the
             audience made these sessions fun and pertinent insights regarding
             how to address contemporary issues, as well as to improve the
             overall HR service delivery, were generated.
