          PTCL Signed Fibre Leasing Agreement for
          the Third Consecutive Year with Telenor

          Pakistan

          PTCL and Telenor Pakistan entered into a fibre leasing agreement for the
          third consecutive year, under which PTCL delivered the fibre footprint to
          Telenor  Pakistan.  This  initiative  will  ensure  delivery  of  quality
          telecommunication  services  for  Pakistani  market.  It  will  also  enable
          Telenor  Pakistan  to  utilise  PTCL’s  extensive  nationwide  fibre  optic
          footprint, and its expertise in deploying, operating and maintaining a
          fibre optic network.

                                                                      PTCL and Special Communications Organisation (SCO) signed an agreement
                                                                      to provide connectivity between China and the major international destinations
                                                                      transiting  through  Pakistan.  The  signing  ceremony  was  held  at  Pak-China
                                                                      Friendship  Centre,  during  the  inauguration  of  Pakistan-China  Optical  Fibre
                                                                      Cable  (OFC)  (which  stretches  820  km  from  Rawalpindi  to  Khunjerab).
                                                                      Establishing new cross border connectivity with China, PTCL has also become
                                                                      a  part  of  China  Pakistan  Economic  Corridor  (CPEC)  Project  led  by
                                                                      Governments  of  Pakistan  and  China.  As  a  part  of  this  agreement,  SCO
                                                                      promises  to  provide  capacities  on  its  OFC  network  between  Pak-China
                                                                      Khunjerab  border  and  Rawalpindi,  whereas  PTCL  commits  to  provide
                                                                      connectivity  from  Rawalpindi  to  major  international  destinations  through
                                                                      Karachi  and  Gwadar,  using  its  long-haul  network  infrastructure  and  the
                                                                      submarine cable network.




        PTCL Inked Agreement with Netflix to Provide Online

        Subscription Video on Demand to its Subscribers


        PTCL became the first telecom operator in Pakistan to launch a partnership with Netflix (the
        world’s leading online entertainment company), to provide their 8 Mbps and above internet
        subscribers with Netflix Gift subscriptions for the first 6 months. This subscription enables
        them  to  catch  their  favourite  on-demand  TV  shows,  movies,  original  Netflix  critically
        acclaimed content and more, on their electronic devices. Furthermore, PTCL provided its
        customers  the  ease  of  paying  for  their  Netflix  subscription  through  PTCL’s
        monthly-consolidated billing, instead of asking for payment via credit card.
