PTCL Signed Partnership Agreements with Microsoft to Enhance its Cloud

PTCL achieved yet another milestone in enhancing its Cloud Services portfolio by signing Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partnership and Service
Provider Licensing Agreement Partnership (SPLA) with Microsoft. Riding the tide of digital transformation in Pakistan, PTCL has stepped forward to
bring one-window solutions, from serving connectivity needs to becoming an end-to-end business partner for IT requirements of the local market.

Nationwide Recognition
The in-house volunteer programme called PTCL Razakaar
Programme achieved national acclamation by winning an
award for Employee Volunteerism courtesy the National
Forum for Education and Health (NFEH) at the 10th
International CSR Awards, held in Islamabad.
PTCL Introduced Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Services
Recognising the importance of cyber security in today’s digital workspace, PTCL’s Digital Services introduced Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) services to its
clients in Pakistan. The service is being offered by leveraging Etisalat-Telefonica CTI capabilities and is aimed at providing customers an integral solution
against cyber threats, covering the end-to-end lifecycle through continuous threat management model. PTCL ventured into offering CTI services at the start
of 2018 and within a period of a few months, it successfully signed up Bank Al-Habib as PTCL’s first Cyber Threat Intelligence customer. This has opened
new growth avenues for the company and established it as an ever-evolving company moving from connectivity, cloud & now to becoming the customer’s
cyber security arm, which is in line with PTCL’s futuristic ICT vision.
PTCL Won the EFP Award on
Best HRM Practices 2018
At an event organised by Employer Federation of Pakistan (EFP), PTCL won
the EFP award in recognition of its best human resource management
practices. PTCL’s commitment to foster a progressive work environment
and to safeguard the wellbeing of its employees, is reflected in practices
such as PTCL Pride, Ideas Olympiad, PTCL Razakaar Programme,
Wellness@work, Workplace by Facebook, Hello Portal and a number of
other employee engagement initiatives.
