I joined PTCL back in April 2013 as a Manager, after spending some 6 odd years in a bank and an accountancy firm. Like every new recruit there were a lot of questions running through my mind: How will I survive in the technology sector? What will my future look like? How will I climb the corporate ladder? Will I be challenged enough?

And yes, I was tested in situations I could have never imaged, and scenarios I wasn’t able to foresee. What appears to be a smooth journey so far, is built on the constant support I was able to get from my colleagues, mentors and superiors at PTCL. I must recognize the role PTCL has played in giving me access to state of the art learning programs. The best part has been the encouraging and innovation driven culture of PTCL, which has pushed me to go full throttle and at the same time giving me a much needed pat on the back. Being challenged is good but what humbled me most is how frequently the recognitions came my way. PTCL has given me a lot to learn and enabled me to grow exponentially. It has been a great experience and I am sure it will continue to be so.
