What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a call from our helpline to confirm your exact address details. Once confirmed, your order will undergo a feasibility check to ensure we are able to provide the best service possible at your desired location. Once feasibility is complete, you will receive an SMS requesting payment of the upfront charges (Rs. 25,000) against an MDN Number. You can make this payment conveniently via Uload, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, 1-Link, Online banking channels, etc. Once you have made the payment, our team will visit your premises for installation of the service. 

How will I recharge my device monthly?

The monthly charges are Rs. 2,999 (inclusive of taxes) – you can conveniently recharge through Uload, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, 1-Link and Online banking channels against the MDN number you are provided at the time of installation. 

What is involved in the Installation Process?

Our team will mount an outdoor antenna on a pole and fix this on the rooftop of your premises. The antenna is then connected to an indoor-unit (Wi-Fi Router) via cable. Our team will then provide you with biometric verification services at your doorstep, following which you will be required to recharge Rs. 2,999 to activate your service. 

How long will the installation take?

Typically, the Installation takes between 2.5 to 3 hours. 

What happens if I use up my 500 GB?

While 500 GB is a generous monthly data volume, in case you are a very heavy data user and exhaust your volume, No-Problem! You can recharge your device again and re-subscribe. You will be provided 500 GB again with a new validity of 30 Days. You can re-subscribe by sending a message to 1219 (resub<space>MDN) or by dialing 1218 and using the IVR service, after you have recharged your device 

Is there a warranty period with the device?

Yes, the device comes with 1-Month warranty, which does not include physical or water damage or damage caused by electrical fluctuations. 

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

The current package offers speeds up-to 15 Mbps. Our installation team will demonstrate a speed test to you upon the completion of the installation. If however, you still are not satisfied with the service you may opt for a return within 7 days of the installation. You can simply visit our PTCL/Ufone service center in Mirpur to request the return. Our team will visit your premises to retrieve the equipment which should be in perfect, undamaged, new condition. Upon retrieval your refund process will be initiated and our support team will get in touch with you to refund your installation charges (Rs. 25,000). Please note, the recharge amount of Rs. 2,999 will not be refunded. Please be advised, the refund process can take up to 7 working days.
