                 Chicken + Vege Bread Pizza

                 Sandwich on a Flat
                 Fry Pan (Tawaa)


                 Ingredients:

                 Oil – 2 Tbs
                 Red Chili – 1/2 Tbs                              For Pizza Sandwich:
                 Black Pepper (Crushed) – 1/2 Tbs                 1.  To make the sandwich, first apply a thick base of the
                 Red/Green Chili Sauce – 2 Tbs                    pizza sauce on the bread, then add the mixture (already
                 BBQ Sauce – 2 Tbs                                prepared) and top it with grated mozzarella and
                 Vinegar – 1 Tbs                                  cheddar cheese and put another bread slice on it.
                 Soya Sauce – 1 Tbs                               2. Now, apply 1tbs of oil on a flat fry pan, heat it and
                 Oregano – 1 Tbs                                  place bread pizza sandwich on it and cook until it
                 Salt to taste                                    turns brown and crispy.
                                                                  3. Cook on both sides until well crispy.
                 Topping Ingredients:                             4. Your bread pizza sandwich is ready. Serve it with any
                                                                  sauce and enjoy.
                 Chicken boneless (cubes) – 1/2 kg
                 Capsicum 1 medium
                 Carrot 1 medium
                 Onion 1 medium
                 Olives 10 –15 slices
                 Green chilies 3 – 4 medium

                 Pizza Sauce

                 Cheddar Cheese – Shredded
                 Mozzarella Cheese – Shredded
                 Method
                 1. Take 2 table spoons of oil in a pan and fry the chicken (cubes).
                 After 3-5 minutes add all the spices and sauces (red chili, salt,
                 black pepper, BBQ sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar) and
                 cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame until the sauce
                 has thickened up completely.
                 2. Now add all the vegetables to the pan and cook for another
                 3-5 minutes.
