Meet with our expert panel of interviewers.

We call up the shortlisted potential for the initial interview. Our interviews are mostly divided into two parts:

  • Initial Interview
  • Final Interview

Depending upon the vacancy, our interview can be a panel interview or a one-on-one session where we try to gauge your relevance to the job and cultural fit with our company.

Final Selection

Once you clear both the interviews, our Recruitment Experts sit down and select the final candidate(s) as per our requirement.
