How do I apply?
You can visit our career portal and apply online after searching for openings/vacancies relevant to your area of interest. However, if there is no opening/vacancy, currently, to your area of interest, you can still leave your information with us by completing your Profile.
I cannot find a suitable job on your website. Can I still apply?
Yes. You can update your profile in the My Profile section and specify you area of interest(s) according to your desired role. Once you save your profile, your information will be saved into our Talent Pool and a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you with relevant opportunities as they arise.
Do I need to have experience of working in the Telecom Industry before PTCL?
No. Although working in the Telecom Industry will be an added advantage, you will be shortlisted based upon your abilities and competencies relevant to the position for which you apply.
What is your Hiring Process?
We have a simple yet rigorous 5 step hiring process which includes:

Will I be interviewed by a panel or one-on-one?
Most of the initial interviews are one-on-one but that could vary depending upon the job that you are applying for. The Final Interview is normally conducted by a panel.
What does “Best Fit” mean?
“Best Fit” means an employee who has the willingness to learn and grow and fits perfectly into our culture and with our Core Values.
Will my application be confidential?
Yes. Your application will be kept confidential, although we will use your information for internal recruitment processes.
I have a Pre-Existing Medical Condition. What are my chances for being recommended after the Medical Test?
Your recommendation will be not be halted on the basis of your Pre-Existing Medical Condition, except for the cases in which:
- You have a medical condition that could be spread to others
- Fatal disease
- You are not able to complete your work due to your medical condition
If I successfully complete internship, will I be given any certificate?
All interns successfully completing the internship will be awarded internship completion certificate by the PTCL.
Will my preference for placement in a certain department or location as intern be considered?
The interns will be placed in different departments and at different locations having functional similarity with their academic background. The preference in terms of geographical location of the placements by the interns will also be considered so far as practicable. However, the final decision in both these matters shall rest with the company, which will be binding on all interns.
In case, one leaves the internship before completion, will there be any penalty or any other implication?
There will be no penalty, in case internship is discontinued on account of a reason duly communicated to the organization. However, no internship completion certificate will be awarded to such interns.
May I submit my internship report within in any period of time?
The internship report should be submitted to the point of contact within 15 days of completion.
What are the requirements for internship certificate?
The intern must fulfill the following requirements to get the internship certificate:
- Internship letter issued by this office
- Completion letter from concerned department where intern have completed the internship
- Internship report
- Joining and completion dates
