LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Arabic – I try to pick commonly used words & phrases but I would
love to be f uent in it like I once used to be back in the day.
French is another language I would like to learn as it intrigues me.
LANDMARKS ON LIST
Makkah – I travelled there for religious reasons. Burj Khalifa – Stand on top of the world to experience how the world feels beneath
my feet, as it is the tallest building in the world at a record 2716.5 feet.
Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco – As it’s one of the wonders of the world and
it has an amazing history, I felt compelled to take not one but two tours of the place. DC3 Crash Site, Sólheimasandur Iceland – I’d like to visit this place simply
because Shahrukh and Kajol’s song from Dil Wale was shot here.
Cruising on the US Pacif c 101, also popularly known as the West Coast US
- When you drive on this highway it is said you experience all weathers, which I did! Red Square, Moscow – I’d like to see the red domes upfront.
Blue Mosque, Istanbul – To learn more about Muslims’ history and the places I’d
seen while watching a Turkish Netf ix drama series called ‘The Magnif cent Century.’
PERSONAL GROOMING:
Learn to play the violin.
Learn to be more appreciative of what I have.
Spend more time with my loved ones.
Clean my closet - something I’ve been planning to do
since a decade!
