PTCL upgrades Faisalabad’s Peoples Colony Exchange & Lahore Road exchanges under its Network Transformation Project

Faisalabad, November 8, 2018: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is committed to provide reliable services to its customers, and is pleased to announce the successful transformation of Peoples Colony Exchange & Lahore Road /Canal road Exchange under its Network Transformation Project (NTP) in Faisalabad.

Under this project, PTCL has planned to upgrade 100 major exchanges across the country, 53 of which have already been transformed as of today. The customers residing in the areas where the exchanges have been transformed will be able to get higher bandwidth and better service experience.

Customer satisfaction has overall increased due to NTP in transformed exchanges as the new network is fast and reliable. The internet services have improved and in case of any complaint, the resolution time is reduced to the minimum.
