Islamabad:Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), country’s largest ICT service provider, has launched a globally recognized online learning program ‘Harvard ManageMentor (HMM)’ for its senior and future leadership. The initiative aims at progressively building its leaders’ business acumen and people prowess.
The introduction of Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) is a giant leap towards instilling progressive learning culture at PTCL. Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) is a self-paced online learning tool that offers a broad range of learning resources on business and management topics and delivers actionable learning for today’s busy leaders.
Harvard ManageMentor has been introduced at PTCL in collaboration with GEM Learning, the official local partner of Harvard Business School Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University.
At the HMM launching ceremony, Syed Mazhar Hussain, CHRO PTCL highlighted the cultural leap that PTCL is taking to achieve excellence. He emphasized the role of top leaders as critical drivers of change and the importance of e-learning and PTCL HR’s objective of introducing advanced learning solutions for the top leaders as a part of blended learning initiatives.
