Private Branch Exchange (PBX) is the platform that helps communicate within the organization & globally using different communication backhaul technologies like VOIP, ISDN or analog E1s.
PTCL is offering the following standard features for the PBX product, whereas some value additions are also available on demand by the corporate customers.
For Hosted model core PABX is installed at PTCL data center to extend the services at customer end.
For Managed model core equipment will be installed at customer end and maintenance and support services will be managed by PTCL team.
