• How do I pay the above mentioned charges?

Once your order has been placed via our helpline you will receive an SMS Confirmation containing an MDN Number. Please deposit Rs. 5,099 against this number.
You have a variety of options to deposit this payment through Upaisa, Uload, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, PCPM Machines, 1-Link, Online Banking Channels or by visiting PTCL Joint Shops.

• How long after payment will it take for me to receive my PTCL Home-Fi Connection?

• What is an MDN?

The MDN is a unique 9-11 digit number that has been assigned to your PTCL Home-Fi Connection. You need to this number to recharge/re-subscribe your device. The MDN is available on the box of your PTCL Home-Fi device as well as on the SIM-Card inserted into the back of the Home-Fi device.

• How will I pay my monthly Bill?

Your monthly Charges of Rs.1,599 may be paid through Upaisa, Uload, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, PCPM Machines, 1-Link, Online Banking Channels or by visiting PTCL Joint Shops.

• If I use up my volume and need more data, what can I do?

Not a problem! Simply send a message with ‘Resub<space>Your MDN’ to 0512181218. The charges for this re-subscription will be an additional Rs.1,599 and the validity for the volume will be till the end of the month.

• What is the due date for my monthly Bill?

Please pay your monthly bill by the 18^th of each month to avoid suspension of services.
