Phone Shifting

✔ Shift your phone from its current location to a new one.
✔ Rs. 500 service charges, regardless of whether the new location is in the existing exchange area or not.
✔ Phone shifting is currently available within same region only and it may result in change of assigned telephone number

 Telephone number change

✔ Change your telephone number (subject to availability)
✔ Rs. 500 service charges

Transfer ownership

✔ Change name and ownership of your telephone numbers

Telephone restoration

Have your telephone restored within 59 days (subject to technical feasibility) by:

✔ Clearing all outstanding amount, including surcharge
✔ Pay line rent for the following two months
