PTCL has played a pivotal role in my professional development in the past fifteen years of my career. I found a very comfortable and respectful working environment here, whereby, I have put in my best efforts in all the roles I worked in, starting from Engineer Switching position in Technical domain in Lahore in 2004. My first seven years were in Switching Operations, followed by 4 years in Wireless Core. My next functionality was in the Zonal PMO role, and after that I switched to my current position of Senior Manager Quality Assurance in Governance & QA. Each work platform has not only added to my technical skill, but also enhanced my time and team management practices.

PTCL is a huge organization and as such has always given me tremendous room to learn and grow. It has always epitomized knowledge sharing, which in turn has continued to ground me and motivate me simultaneously.

Moreover, PTCL selected me for the highly customized professional growth opportunity of Executive MBA from LUMS. The two years of rigorous training has transformed me into a more seasoned business professional. My successful completion of PTCL MDP Workshop is a testament to how PTCL develops its employees. Also, PTCL initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility domain are highly rated and I feel proud to be part of the PTCL Razakaar team. In addition to my primary role of SM Quality Assurance, I am engaged as trainer, Mentor, Coach, Razakaar, and last but not the least, Ambassador of PTCL Core Values.
