PTCL - I am fortunate to call this place home as it has nurtured me, supported me, and enabled me to thrive and shine. I joined PTCL, no more than a fledgling; fresh out of university, with no industry exposure whatsoever. PTCL embraced that, and to this day, after all these years, it continues to hone my skills. As I grew professionally, life happened, and I changed from a carefree young professional to a spouse, a new mother, a fairly experienced mother and am currently weathering the storm of being a teen’s mom. Through thick and thin, in sickness and in health, my PTCL family has been there for me. It has given me a voice, and enabled me to use it to make myself heard.

It has given me the confidence to live by the “women can have it all” motto. PTCL is   strongly committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. It presented me the opportunity to be recognized as Top Talent of PTCL and become part of the Future Leaders Program (FueL 2017-19). The FueL program in particular has been an amazing journey, one that immensely widened our professional horizons; augmented our international collaborations, and offered us academic trainings and newer growth opportunities at every turn.

PTCL continues to build me up, higher and stronger. I am proud to do my life’s work here. The kind of work that defines me, drives me and distinguishes me.
