PTCL Live Design Challenge

Date: 25th SEP 17

On the 23rd and the 24th of September, 2017, two of the most inspiring women entrepreneurs of the country decided to launch the inaugural National Digital Design Conference (ND2C) in Pakistan. They had one aim in their head, and that now serves as the largest and most sufficient bridge between the industry and designers.

Living true to its vision of embracing young talent in the country, PTCL played its responsible role and sponsored a live design challenge at the ND2C, in which over 100 young designers from all over Pakistan participated to prove their skills. Judges from the Indus Valley School of Arts shortlisted 5 candidates, who were then asked to produce designs for the final round within 48 hours. This enthralling race came to an end with the judges mutually deciding to split the cash prize of Rs.750,000 between all the finalists. It seems so that the produced work was so rich with potential that nobody could have been sent home without a prize.

The winners and runner ups were given the following prizes:

Dua Naveed (Winner) - Rs.400,000/-

Humara Alvi (1st Runner Up) - Rs.200,000/-

Amina Tayyab (2nd Runner Up) - Rs.100,000/-
