Company Status
PTCL is a Company limited by shares incorporated in Pakistan in 1995 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Now Companies Act, 2017) and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. Pursuant to the provisions of the Third Schedule of the Companies Act, 2017 PTCL is classified as a Public Interest Company and Large Sized Company (PILSC).
