Ans: Please contact your credit/debit card issuer bank in this case, following can be the reasons.
•    Credit/debit card is not authorized for online payment.
•    Your credit/debit card issuer bank is not responding.

 

Q: I am getting error message “5-Do not honor”

Ans: Card Issuer bank not authorized for the transaction, you need to contact your credit/debit card issuer bank.

 

Q: I am getting error message “14-Card number does not exist”

Ans: You might be entering wrong credit/debit card number so please enter card number again or your card has been expired.

 

Q: I am getting error message “4000-Provided card number is not valid for type of transaction.

Ans: Credit/debit card number entered by user is incorrect, please enter correct card number

 

Q: I am getting error message “51-Not sufficient funds”

Ans: You have insufficient balance in your card. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer bank.

 

Q: I am getting error message “Request time out”

Ans: This error is due to merchant bank’s system time out, PTCL intimates bank to fix this issue.

 

Q: Can I use international credit/debit card for bill payment?

Ans: International credit/debit cards are not allowed due to security reasons and to avoid fraudulent transactions.

 

Q: How many transactions are allowed from one credit/debit card in a month?

Ans: Five transactions are allowed using a credit or debit card in a calendar month.
