CharJi is PTCLs 4G LTE Service. CharJi Cloud is a Pocket-friendly, reliable, battery powered Wi-Fi device that is perfect for internet use on-the-go or at home.

How do I Subscribe?
You can subscribe by following the steps below:
- 1) Visit your nearest PTCL/Ufone Joint Shop, Ufone Franchise or PTCL/Ufone Retailer
- 2) Biometric Verification.
- 3) Device is activated on the spot and ready to use
What is MDN?
The Mobile Directory Number (MDN) is a unique number that is available on the CharJi SIM, CharJi SIM Jacket as well as CharJi Device box. In the case of 3G EVO devices, MDN # can be found under the battery lid (battery powered Cloud devices) or under the shell (USB powered devices).
How do I Recharge?
You may use your MDN # to recharge conveniently through any of the payment channels found at www.ptcl.com.pk/paybill.
How do I change my Package?
Subscribers who wish to change their package may do so by following the steps below:
Prepaid:
- ✔ Call on our helpline (1218)
- ✔ Our representative will ask you a few questions for verification purposes followed by your choice of new package
- ✔ Enjoy High Speed Internet after recharging through any one of our Channels.
Postpaid:
- ✔ Visit your nearest PTCL/Ufone Joint Shop
- ✔ Pay your postpaid bill on spot or through any one of our Recharge channels to avail the new package.
How can I Re-subscribe?
Subscribers who exhaust their volume within 30 days and wish to refresh their package may do so by following the steps below:
Prepaid Subscribers:
1) Please dial 1218.
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and provide your device Mobile Directory Number (MDN).
3) Once the contact center confirms successful resubscription, please recharge the complete amount as per your package line-rent.
Volume as per your current package is instantaneously provided with 30 days validity. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the volume will be lost.
Postpaid Subscribers:
1) Please dial 1218
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and provide your device Mobile Directory Number (MDN).
3) Your Resubscription charge will be reflected in your postpaid monthly invoice
What is my remaining Volume?
For Usage details:
- 1) Send "Info<Space>MDN" to 0512181218
- 2) Download, register and sign-in to PTCL Touch App, available on both Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
- 3) You can also view your usage details on www.ptcl.com.pk. Simply register and sign-in.
Do I get any warranty with my device?
All CharJi devices have a 1 year Warranty. In case your device malfunctions within the warranty period, our vendors would examine the device and in case it’s faulty; we’ll have it replaced Free of Cost with a new one. Please note that accidental damage and battery replacement is not covered.
What type of devices can I connect to CharJi?
CharJi can extend a user’s Mobile Broadband experience beyond just their laptops to any Wi-Fi enabled device such as cameras, music players, personal media players and portable game consoles. And because it supports up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices, you can share your high-speed connection with friends, family members and coworkers.
Can I close my Account?
Postpaid users who wish to temporarily close their account can visit the nearest PTCL/Ufone Joint Shop with their Original CNIC. Prepaid customers can opt for permanent closure by following the same process.
What if my device is stolen/misplaced?
In instances where the device has been lost/stolen etc, please visit the nearest PTCL/Ufone Joint Shop along with your Original CNIC and a new Sim and MDN # will be issued to you.
Can I claim a refund?
We strive hard to ensure the high standards of quality that you expect from us. However in case you are not satisfied, you can claim a refund within 7 days if you purchased it from a PTCL/Ufone Joint Shop
The adjustments will be as follows:
Postpaid Users: Package amount + Device Amount
Prepaid Users: Device Amount only
