Subscribers who exhaust their volume within 30 days and wish to refresh their package may do so by following the steps below:

Prepaid Subscribers:
1) Please dial 1218.
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and provide your device MDN.
3) Once the contact center confirms successful re-subscription, please recharge the complete amount as per your package line-rent.  

Volume as per your current package is instantaneously provided with 30 days validity. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the volume will be lost.

Postpaid Subscribers:
1) Please dial 1218
2) Request a “Re-Subscription” and provide your device MDN.
3) Your re-subscription charge will be reflected in your postpaid monthly invoice

Volume as per your current package is instantaneously provided and is valid till the 1st of the next calendar month. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the volume will be lost. The volume of postpaid packages is refreshed automatically on the 1st of every calendar month.
