PTCL customers can avail Online Bill Payment facilities with concurrent updating of their accounts and automatic restoration of suspended lines. Below is the list of Online/ Real Time Bill Payment options available now:

Joint Shops (PTCL-Ufone Centers)

PTCL-Ufone service centres "Joint Shops" facilitate subscribers for payment of bills and recharge of balance/upload for PTCL pre-paid services. Payments through cash, credit/ debit card, local cheque, demand draft or pay order for PTCL services can be made at your nearest joint shop. 

Virtual Teller Machines (VTMs)

A facility for customers to pay their bills themselves without involvement of any cashier.

Now Pay PTCL bill with your smart phones.

TouchPTCL is a mobile application through which PTCL customers can pay their bill of all post-paid services including landline/EVO, recharge/upload balance for EVO/V-fone-pre-paid etc. Silent features of TouchPTCL are:

Internet banking (Selected Banks)

You can pay your telephone bill by using internet banking (if offered by your bank). Your “Customer ID” on telephone bill is required for payment. 

Direct Debit 

You can instruct your bank or credit card issuing bank to deduct your telephone bill from your account as soon as the bill in delivered. You can subscribe to this facility by requesting the particular bank.

Pakistan Post Office

You can pay at all Pakistan Post Offices.
