PTCL is offering you the chance to make your predictions on each match of the 2018 Football World Cup, from Quarter Finals to the Final, and get the chance to win the Official World Cup Football.

Interested? Here’s all you have to do:

1. Visit our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/PTCL.Official/
2. Comment your prediction on the competition post.
3. Publicly share the same post on your Facebook page.

The first people to make the correct prediction and share the post will win the Original World Cup Football.

Entries will only be considered during the game time and each contest will end on Full-Time whistle.

There will be 3 winners for each Quarter Final game, 4 winners for each Semi Final game, 4 winners for Third Place Playoff and 5 winners for the Final.

TERMS & CONDITIONS  

 The competition is open to Pakistan residents aged 18 and over.

Employees or agencies of PTCL, its group companies or their family members, freelance contributors to PTCL or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.

Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

To enter the Competition, you comment your entries to PTCL using your registered Facebook account.

PTCL is not responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Competition entry to us.

Users cannot submit multiple entries and the winner shall be the owner of the Facebook account or registered number from which the selected winning entry is sent. Winners will be selected on first come, first serve basis.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you grant PTCL the right to use your name and city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the Competition.

You waive all your moral rights in your entry. Notwithstanding the afore-going waiver, in order to use entries as intended and advised in these Terms and Conditions.

You also give PTCL the rights to publish your image with the prize taken at our exchange, to be used across our various digital properties, including our website, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube profiles.

Picking the Winners 

For Quarter Finals, PTCL will choose the first 3 correct answers from the competition post.

For Semi Finals, PTCL will choose the first 4 correct answers from the competition post.

For Final, PTCL will choose the first 5 correct answers from the competition post.

PTCLs' decision of the top entries will be based on the comment’s time showing on Facebook. The contestant will also have to publicly share our post on their Facebook profile as a prerequisite. The Judgement will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will not be able to win participate in the contest again, i.e. they can only win once. 

The Prizes 

There will be maximum 3 winners for each of the 4 Quarter Finals, as per competition posts.

There will be maximum 4 winners for each of the 2 Semi Finals and 1 Third Place Play-Off, as per competition posts.

There will be maximum 5 winners for the Finals, as per competition post.

The Winner will be notified by PTCL by telephone, Facebook message or email and notified on Facebook via posts.

Upon confirmation by the winners, we will dispatch the football to the nearest PTCL exchange for them to collect the prize. This will be done within 3 working days of confirmation by the winners. If the winner fails to respond to our calls and/or messages on Facebook and/or emails within 24 hours of initial contact, we will disqualify him/her and automatically move to the next person to answer correctly.

The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by you and cannot be redeemed by you for cash or any other prize. You must pay all other costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

PTCL retains the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.

Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Competition and the winners shall participate in such activity on PTCL's reasonable request. The winners consent to the use by PTCL and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Competition for an unlimited time, of the winners' voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by PTCL and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the same.

PTCL shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at privacy policy link, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Competition entry, and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.

PTCL may pass entrants' details to third parties and/or otherwise engage third party providers in connection with this Competition where the third party is acting on PTCL's behalf for the purposes of administering this Competition and/or any subsequent publicity, and/or for the purposes of sending you PTCL's marketing materials; and/or as otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of PTCL for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

PTCL accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting any prize. PTCL further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.

PTCL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of PTCL in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. PTCL reserves the right to discount votes if it suspects fraudulent bulk voting or multiple voting is taking or has taken place to inappropriately influence or manipulate the voting procedures.

PTCL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Competition where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

In case of any ambiguity, the final decision will be made by PTCL.

All footballs in this competition are made in Pakistan.
