If you already have an account and have forgotten your username or password, you can recover it by clicking on ‘Forget Username/Password’. You can put your registered mobile number or email ID to recover the username or password.

How can I register a ‘New Account’ on PTCLTouch App?

To create your account on PTCLTouch App, you need to click on Create an Account. You have to put your name, CNIC (Registered with PTCL services), mobile number and email ID. You also have to select your password and then confirm the same password by putting it in again (Password should have at least 8 characters containing upper case, lower case, numeric digits and one special character). After completing this information, click on ‘Create an Account’.
