How can I check my Data Usage through Touch App?
To check your data usage, simply follow below instructions:
- Login to PTCLTouch App
- Tap on Data Usage
- Select the linked telephone number to get usage details
- Click on View Details to see the day-wise usage
Note: If you want to check usage of other than linked telephone number, you may tap on Data Usage then Charji & Evo/Internet Usage. After putting the required details you may access the data usage of the specific service.
How can I get my Duplicate Bill from Touch App?
To get the Duplicate Bill, follow the steps below:
- Login to PTCLTouch App
- Tap on Bill Inquiry & Payment
- Tap on D-Bill
- Link new connection (if not done)
- Select the Month
- Tap Download and Proceed to view your bill on the App
How can I pay my bill through Account ID?
Follow the below instructions to pay the bill through your Account ID:
- Login to PTCLTouch App
- Tap on Bill Inquiry & Payment
- From the Bill Payment & Recharge section, tap on Account ID
- Enter your Account ID and Submit.
- Select payment method Credit/Debit Card.
- Click on Pay Now
How can I pay my PTCL bill through the Touch App?
To pay your PTCL bill through Touch App, simply follow below instructions:
- Login to PTCLTouch App
- Tap on Bill Inquiry & Payment
- Select your product/service for billing such as Smart TV, CharJi, internet, telephone, etc.
- Enter your Telephone Number/MDN to inquire your bill
- Select from option of Debit/ Credit Card or Prepaid balance
- Tap on Pay Now
- Give details of your Debit/Credit card and then tap on Pay to complete the process
- Tap on Pay Now
How can I check the status of my complaint?
To check the status of your complaint, simply follow below instructions:
- Login to PTCLTouch App
- Tap on Check Complaint Status
- Tap on Track/ Search Complaint
- Provide the last two digits of your complaint number to track it.
- Tap Submit
How can I register my complaint regarding services through the Touch App?
To register complaint, simply follow below instructions:
- Tap on Register Complaint option
- Tap on the product/service that you are having an issue with such as Smart TV, CharJi, internet, telephone, etc.
- Provide the requested details for registering the complaint
- Tap on Send to complete the process
- Enter OTP that you will receive on the registered mobile number
How can I place a new order from PTCLTouch App?
To place new order, you can open the PTCLTouch App and follow the below given steps:
- Tap on Shop
- Select Category from where you can check Smart TV, Internet & Telephone packages
- You can select the required product and service by tapping on See Detail
- Add to Cart & check package details by tapping on Check Out
- Tap on Complete your Order to provide necessary details
- Tap on Submit Order
How can I recover my Username/Password for PTCLTouch App?
If you already have an account and have forgotten your username or password, you can recover it by clicking on ‘Forget Username/Password’. You can put your registered mobile number or email ID to recover the username or password.
How can I register a ‘New Account’ on PTCLTouch App?
To create your account on PTCLTouch App, you need to click on Create an Account. You have to put your name, CNIC (Registered with PTCL services), mobile number and email ID. You also have to select your password and then confirm the same password by putting it in again (Password should have at least 8 characters containing upper case, lower case, numeric digits and one special character). After completing this information, click on ‘Create an Account’.
I am getting black screen after login as App keeps closing automatically. Please help!
- Please make sure that you have updated the latest version of PTCLTouch App on your device
- If updated version is already installed, please share the screenshot of the screen and let us know your mobile phone model and Android/iOS version by sending email to care@ptcl.net.pk
