| A: | The customer can apply for a new telephone connection by calling at 080080800 and submit the application. Customer can also submit the New Telephone Connection form at our Customer Service Centres or at the Divisional Engineer's offices of the respective areas. | A: | The customers can get duplicate bills by visiting our nearest One Stop Shop (OSS), PTCL Customer Service Centre, PTCL revenue office or local exchange to get a duplicate bill. |

| A: | In case a customer suspects that certain calls mentioned in his/her bill is not made by them, they can get their claim registered with the respective Divisional Engineer Phones or nearest Customer Service Centre. |
